Design

DesignIn order to create visual effects in the façade, a geometric design in a lasting form suitable both in terms of aesthetics and structural strength pushed the architecture towards a three-pointed star cross-section, to create visual harmony in the façade. Taking into consideration issues such as wind pressure, climatic conditions such as sunlight and speed in construction, Similar prefabricated modules were used in the facade. For the sake of aesthetics in the design and the exterior view, at the base of the tower and at an elevation most visible from the lower levels, a circular portico connects the various parts of the entry and luxury and service amenities.

Structure

The frame of this Tower is reinforced concrete, consisting of three main walls in the form of a three-pointed star with 120 angles between each point. The minor walls are set at right angle to the main walls and can withstand both vertical and horizontal forces. The parking levels are constructed with beams and columns and a concrete partition wall along with a plain dal ceiling. The design of the main structure and the adjoining elements has been implemented based on the most advanced and reliable national and international earthquakes codes.
